Thanks for using our website and Apps (“Site”). The Site is owned and operated by ‘AL MAZAJ TECHNOLOGIES LLC ‘registered in United Arab Emirates, with its Head Quarter in Dubai, UAE.

By using our Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully as they constitute the terms and conditions of a legally binding agreement between you and the company. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Site may suffer) of any such breach.

Using our Site, even after any change in Terms, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you dont feel comfortable with agreeing to these Terms as they are, please stop using our Site.

Your Dbazaar.pk  Account

Users may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to create a User account, (your “Account,”) that may allow you to receive information from us and/or to participate in certain features or access of the Site. We will use the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. With respect to any such registration of your Account, we may refuse to grant to you the username you request.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing the current, complete and accurate information , at the time of registration of your Dbazaar.pk account, to the best of your knowledge;
  • Maintaining and promptly updating your registration information on the Web site so that it remains current, complete and accurate;
  • Creating the password at the time of registration. You also acknowledge and agree that we may rely on this password to identify you;
  • All use of your Account, regardless of whether you authorized such access or use, and for ensuring that all use of your Account complies fully with the provisions of these Terms of Service;
  • Using this account for personal or individual use only;
  • All activities that occur under your Account.

Prohibited Uses of Our Site

To protect our Site from being misused, we have made some rules that apply to every user equally. These rules have been erected solely to ensure that every Dbazaar.pk user enjoys the experience on our Site without interruption. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site and/or the Account for violating any of the prohibited uses or for any other reason in our sole and exclusive decision.

You specifically agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access the Site, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers;
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Site (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Site);
  • Duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Site for any purpose;
  • Access the Site other than through the interface that is provided by Dbazaar.pk, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Dbazaar.pk;
  • Use Site for purposes that are not permitted by this Terms & Condition and against any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

Prices

Base Currency

All fees and prices are in PK Rupees. You might see prices/fees in your local currency based on standard currency exchange.

Changing of Prices

Site prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary due to a launching price, a promotional offer or sales. Prices of items that are not in stock or that are available for a pre-order are valid during its promotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those items change with respect to the pre-order price, Customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Site from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.

Typographical Errors

We strive for accuracy in all item’s descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Site. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our Web site is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, we shall at our own sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from our Site are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. We do not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

Orders

Placing an Order

Placing an order can be done from the Site. Should you place the order from the Site, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. We suggest Customers to proof-read the order form several times before validating the order. We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

Order Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice to you. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Order Acknowledgement

We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail, SMS and by call. All tracking information will be emailed to your registered email-ID once your order has processed or changed its status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your Account on our Site.

Cancel Orders

You may request for order cancellation, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped.

All product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to product enhancement. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.

Payment

We currently offer the following payment methods:

  • Payment at the time of Delivery :
    • Cash on Delivery (CoD): You can pay cash to our representative delivering your product.

In order to protect the Site visitors to the best of our knowledge, we implement several security policies and certificates. These layers of protection could be by-passed if the user’s computer is/was infected with a virus or malicious software. Dbazaar.pk or its associated partners and employees cannot be held responsible in such a scenario or circumstance.

We reserve the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. We also reserve the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.

Invoice

The order form filled out online by the Customer cannot be considered as an invoice. Regardless of the purchase or payment methods, the Customer receives an invoice inside his/her parcel when it is delivered. A digital copy of each invoice is registered in our secure and encrypted data base.

Security

We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of any payment details included in your order nevertheless, barring direct negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to information you may provide. Feedback

You may have the opportunity to provide reviews, suggestions, ideas, and feedback, (hereinafter, collectively, “Feedback.”) Should you so provide such Feedback you grant us sole ownership of the same, which includes without limitation the right for us or any Third Party we designate, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed. All such Feedback shall be treated as non-confidential.

If it is determined that you retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in the content submitted by you, you hereby declare that: (a) you do not require that any personally-identifying information be used in connection with the content, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates thereto; (b) you have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion and exploitation of the content by us or our licensees, successors and assigns; (c) you forever waive and agree not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of an author in any of the content; (d) you forever release us, and our licensees, successors and assigns, from any claims that you could otherwise assert against us by virtue of any such moral rights. You also permit any other User to access, view, store or reproduce the content for that Users personal use.

We reserve the right to modify or delete your feedback, if it contains the content against Dbazaar.pk or its affiliated business partners. You also agree not to use any pseudo name or fake identity to post feedback. We will delete feedback from pseudo accounts and might take legal action against the feedback poster.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that your Feedback may contain concepts, ideas, materials, proposals, suggestions and the like relating to Site or its initiatives, (hereinafter your “Ideas.”) With respect to your Ideas you acknowledge that: (a) we receive numerous submissions from many parties and/or may have independently developed and/or considered ideas similar to your Ideas, and that our review of your Ideas is not an admission of novelty, priority or originality; (b) our use of any ideas similar to your Ideas, whether based on your Feedback or Submissions, provided to us by Third Parties, or independently developed or considered by us, shall be without obligation to you.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES DBAZAAR.PK’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. DBAZAAR.PK SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. DBAZAAR.PK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT DBAZAAR.PK HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Further, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Site and its services as a result of your negligent act or omission would result in irreparable injury to Dbazaar.pk and we shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the Terms.

Products deemed to be super-savers or highly discounted by the company might be limited by quantity per order and company reserve the right to alter ordered quantity for such products and or cancel the order with or without consent of the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid order under any circumstances without any owed liability towards customer or otherwise, in-case of paid order we still reserve this right as long as paid amount is returned in full.

Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively “Content”) is owned or licensed property of Dbazaar.pk or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the Site are the exclusive property of Dbazaar.pk. We and our suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Brand New items:

All warranty periods indicated are from Dbazaar.pk, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Dbazaar.pk. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer’s limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Dbazaar.pk warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

Pre-owned Items:

ALL pre-owned items usually known as used items are having warranty depends on item description shown with the items, used items may have or may not have warranty depends on the category and grade of the items.

All communication for update/feedback on complaint tickets created is made either by email or by call. In the event an email update or a call is unanswered for 3 days, the complaint ticket would need to be closed and a new complaint ticket would need to be created, provided the item is still under warranty.

Claimable Brand new Product(s)

Product(s) can be claimed for warranty based on the following conditions:

  • Product(s) should not be in used condition and should not show that it was previously used.
  • Save the original seal.
  • No software should be installed or deleted.
  • No unauthorized software should be installed.
  • Product(s) should have the complete original packaging (if product was sold in original packaging).
  • Saved accessories, consumables included with the Product(s), components, labels, accompanying documentation and software, and etc.
  • Shipping fee and processing fee is non-refundable
  • Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
  • In order to ensure that complaints are registered and processed successfully, all claims need to be filed online from our website.

Unclaimable Product(s)

Product(s) that cannot be claimed for warranty based on the following conditions:

  • Non-warranty products (refer to Quick and Hassle-free warranty).
  • Cables wires, cords, cables which are released by the meter CD, Cartridges, or any Consumable product.
  • Product(s) which are refurbished or sold with a special super low price (Marked down products, Flash Sales, Seasons Sales, Special offers, Today Deals, Open Box, Daily Deals or any other Product(s) which have been sold with discount)
  • Hygiene and personal care Product(s) that include but not limited to; wax, perfumes, cosmetics, and etc.
  • Physically damaged Product(s)
  • Missing or incomplete Product(s)
  • Free-size or Multi color Product(s) cannot be claimed. (Product(s) listed on the Site as multi-color, free-size, assorted color, assorted design, etc. are items on which size/color cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.)
  • Product(s) accessories (only main item can be claimed for warranty)
  • Please ensure that you only return item(s) that have been claimed successfully in the complaint ticket. Dbazaar.pk shall not be liable for any incorrect or additional item(s) received from customer.

Refund Policy

To claim for a Refund, please check if the purchased Product(s) fall under the warranty as per the Warranty Policy. If the Product(s) fall under warranty, then you can claim for Refund based on the following conditions:

  • Customer can claim for Refund for the purchased Product(s) within 3 days from the date of receiving the Product(s).
  • After the 3 days of the delivery, Product(s) may only be repaired as per the Repair policy.
  • Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
  • Amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
  • Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable
  • If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.
  • Dbazaar.pk reserves the right to compensate the claim in terms of Coupon as and when it deems fit.

Refund Process

If the Product(s) is qualified for the Refund, then please follow the below process to claim for a Refund:

  • 1. Raise a Complaint: Use this guide to raise a complaint and save Complaint Number for future reference.
  • 2. Review: Our support team will review the case and approve the Refund, if qualified.
  • 3. You can file multiple complaints for different products received under one order, however, pickup charge of 150 PKR  is applicable on all subsequent complaints filed after the first one
  • 4. Pickup Process: Once the complaint is approved, the product pickup process will start.
    • a. Within Lahore: The Product(s) will be picked up by our delivery team for Lahore customers
      • i. There will be no pickup charges if Return claim has been raised within 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery.
      • ii. Pickup charges of 150 PKR will be applicable if the Return claim is made after 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery.
      • iii. Pickup request if cancelled for any reason can be rescheduled on request without any additional charges, however, if 2nd pick up request is cancelled, claim ticket will be auto closed.
    • b. Outside Lahore : Customer will have to return the Product(s) at his/her own expense to DBAZAAR.PK’s Service Center, Lahore . Shipping charges and taxes (if any) will need to be paid by the customer and tracking number needs to be updated on the claim ticket within 3 days from the date of ticket creation.

      All shipments need to be delivered to our warehouse within 15 days from the date when the ticket is created. In the event, the item(s) is not received; the complaint ticket would need to be closed.
  • 5. Inspection Process: After receiving the Product(s), it is sent for inspection:
    • a. Approved: If the Product(s) is found faulty as per the policy then the Refund process will be initiated.
    • b. Not Approved: For products returned in damaged condition or without complete accessories or box – item(s) to be returned to the customer

Return Policy

To claim for a Return, please check if the purchased Product(s) falls under the warranty as per the Warranty Policy. If the Product(s) is under warranty, then you can claim for Return based on the following conditions:

  • Customer can claim for Return for the purchased Product(s) within 3 days from the date of receiving the Product(s).
  • After the 3 days of the delivery, Product(s) may only be repaired as per the Repair Policy.
  • Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
  • Amount of the Return only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
  • Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
  • If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.
  • Returns will only be made via Coupons that can be used to order again the same, similar or any other Product(s) of your choice. Please refer to the Coupon Usage Policy.
  • Please note that claimed item(s) needs to be received by customer within 30 days from the time it is ready to be returned by Dbazaar.pk. In the event customer doesn’t receive the item(s) (in instances like customer’s number not reachable or customer is not willing to take the item back), Dbazaar.pk shall dispose the item and will not be liable for it.

Return Process

If the Product(s) is qualified for the Return, then please follow the below process to claim for a Return:

  • 1. Raise a Complaint: Use this guide to raise a complaint and save Complaint Number for future reference
  • 2. Review: Our support team will review the case and approve the Return if qualified
  • 3. You can file multiple complaints for different products received under one order; however, pickup charge of 150 PKR is applicable on all subsequent complaints filed after the first one.
  • 4. Pickup Process: Once the complaint is approved, the product pickup process will start.
    • a. Within lahore: The Product(s) will be picked up by our delivery team for Lahore customers
      • i- There will be no pickup charges if Return claim has been raised within 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery.
      • ii- Pickup charges of 150 PKR will be applicable if the Return claim is made after 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery
      • iii- Pickup request if cancelled for any reason can be rescheduled once on request without any additional charges, however, if 2nd pick up request is cancelled, claim ticket will be auto closed.
    • b. Outside Lahore : Customer will have to return the Product(s) at his/her own expense to DBAZAAR.PK’s Service Center, Lahore . Shipping charges and taxes (if any) will need to be paid by the customer and tracking number needs to be updated on the claim ticket within 3 days from the date of ticket creation.

      All shipments need to be delivered to our warehouse within 15 days from the date when the ticket is created. In the event, the item(s) is not received, the complaint ticket would need to be closed.
  • 5. Inspection Process: After receiving the Product(s), it is sent for inspection:
    • 1- Approved: o Approved: If the Product(s) is found faulty as per the policy then the Refund process will be initiated.
    • 2- Not Approved: Not approved: For products returned in damaged condition or without complete accessories or box – item(s) to be returned to the customer

Repair Policy

To claim for a Repair, please check if the purchased Product(s) fall under the warranty as per the Warranty Policy. If the Product(s) is under warranty, then you can claim for Product(s) Repair based on the following conditions:

  • Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
  • Dbazaar.pk reserves the right to compensate the claim in terms of coupon instead of repairing the Product(s) as and when it deems fit.
  • Dbazaar.pk can facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail Product(s), but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service.
  • Dbazaar.pk is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

Repair Process

If the Product(s) is qualified for the Repair, then please follow the below process to claim for a Repair:

  • 1. Raise a Complaint: Use this guide to raise a complaint and save Complaint Number for future reference.
  • 2. Review: Our support team will review the case and approve it, if qualified.
  • 3. You can file multiple complaints for different products received under one order, however, pickup charge of 150 PKR or 45 AED (UAE ) is applicable on all subsequent complaints filed after the first one.
  • 4. Pickup Process: Once the complaint is approved, the product pickup process will start.
    • a. Within Lahore: The Product(s) will be picked up by our delivery team for Lahore customers
      • i- There will be no pickup charges if Return claim has been raised within 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery.
      • ii- Pickup charges of 150 PKR will be applicable if the Return claim is made after 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery.
      • iii- Pickup request if cancelled for any reason can be rescheduled once on request without any additional charges, however, if 2nd pick up request is cancelled, claim ticket will be auto closed.
    • b. Outside Lahore: Customer will have to return the Product(s) at his/her own expense to DBAZAAR.PK’s Service Center, Lahore. Shipping charges and taxes (if any) will need to be paid by the customer and tracking number needs to be updated on the claim ticket within 3 days from the date of ticket creation.

      All shipments need to be delivered to our warehouse within 15 days from the date when the ticket is created. In the event, the item(s) is not received; the complaint ticket would need to be closed.
  • 5. Inspection Process: After receiving the Product(s), it is sent for inspection:
    • a. Approved: If the Product(s) is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, customer will be informed and the Product(s) will be shipped out as soon as possible when it is ready. For any defective Product(s) you will have to wait an estimated 2~6 weeks until Dbazaar.pk gets a replacement or repaired Product(s) back from the manufacturer or supplier.
    • b. Not Approved: • For products returned in damaged condition or without complete accessories or box – item(s) to be returned to the customer

Quick and Hassle-free Warranty

Products with no specific warranty period are deemed as non-warranty items and complaint needs to be filed within 72 hours from the time of delivery.

Claims to be accepted based on the following conditions:

  • Product(s) should not be in used condition and should not show that it was previously used
  • Save the original seal.
  • No Software should be installed or deleted.
  • Product(s) has the complete original packaging (if product was sold in original packaging).
  • Saved accessories, consumables included with the Product(s), components, labels, accompanying documentation and software, etc. and their packaging is not damaged.
  • Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
  • Dbazaar.pk reserves the right to compensate the claim in terms of coupon instead of servicing the item as and when it deems fit.
  • For items not faulty and claimed due to the item not being as per expectations, pickup charges of (150 PKR and re-stocking fees (15% of product value) are applicable.
  • Free-size or Multi color Product(s) cannot be claimed for exchange/return. (Product(s) listed on the Site as multi-color, free-size, assorted color, assorted design, etc. are items on which size/color cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.)
